What is an Italian Beauty Box? An Italian Beauty Box is a monthly subscription box of carefully selected Italian beauty products for your well-being and for your home. We include everything from body care, to skincare to cosmetics and fragrances to hair products, and some lifestyle products as well. We have boxes for Women and also for Men. All products are 100% Made in Italy.

How does it work? By subscribing (3-month, 6-month or 12-month) you will receive 3-5 Italian beauty products in our elegant and deluxe boxes. Boxes ship the 1st week of every month and you will receive an email with tracking notification. Shipping is Free for all subscriptions. All boxes ship from our U.S. Florida beauty studio.

How can I order only one box? You can order a one-time box by selecting from the menu "Gift A Friend". One box only will be delivered to the address provided. Pricing for the one-time-only box is higher but you always receive a higher product value than the actual cost.

Where do you ship to? We ship within all the US. We also ship to International destinations.

How much is Shipping? Boxes within the US ship for FREE! There is a shipping charge for boxes shipping to International customers.

How can I cancel my subscription? We are sorry to see you go. However, if you are unsatisfied with your first box you have 10 days after receiving your first box to cancel the remaining subscription.

Products in the Box? While we normally do not disclose the contents of the box beforehand so as to maintain the element of surprise, we work with Italian brands and emerging artisans to create truly unique boxes of high value. In each box there will 3-5 main products plus extra free samples for you to enjoy. Beauty products are 100% Made in Italy formulated with natural and/or organic ingredients. Men boxes will contain bath & body, toiletries, grooming essentials for men.

When am I billed? If you sign up for the 3-month subscription, you will be charged for your first box at the time of purchase. The same applies to 6-month and 12-month subscriptions. Please note that subscriptions are not renewed automatically, however you will be invited to re-subscribe after your subscription expires.

How is my box sent? Your box is sent with USPS (United States Postal Service), Priority Mail for faster delivery, and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number.

What is the cut-off date for each box? We ship the 1st week of every month. The first days of each month is the cut-off for ordering that box (if stock is still available). You can order anytime, even later in the month, and we will get you started with the Italian Beauty Box for the following month.

Return Policy Due to the nature of the subscription service business, we are not able to offer returns. That said, we know that things happen. If a box does not arrive you have 10 days to let us know. Similarly, if a box arrives with damaged product you have 10 days to let us know via email. All products are checked for quality before shipping and all boxes ship double-boxed to ensure delivery in perfect condition.
